Your new companyYour new employer is a facilities management organisation that provides services to clients across Ireland. They work with clients in a diverse range of industries providing strategic advice and support. They are now looking for an Office Administrator to join them on their client site. Your new role You will meet and greet visitors at the reception. You will set up and maintain meeting rooms for visitors and provide audio-visual set-up support as well. You will provide administrative support such as filing reports, chasing quotes, and raising POs. You will file documents in physical and digital formats, you will manage regulatory documents and provide support for completion of weekly/monthly documentation within the office.What you'll need to succeed You will need to have 1–2 years of administrative or receptionist experience. You will be proficient in MS Excel, and PowerPoint. You will have a strong attention to detail, and be technically minded. You will have strong interpersonal/communication skills. A driver's licence of 2+ years required.A technical knowledge of audio-visual equipment is desirable, as is experience using SAP or any other CMMS systems.
