FP&A Manager - Pharma

As Financial Planning & Analysis Manager, you will play a pivotal part in the convergence of data analysis and financial operations, making a significant impact on the company's mission. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercial accountant to be part of a growing organisation. Do you have FP&A Managerial experience? if so, I'd love to hear from you! You will: Collaborate with business units and Group subsidiaries to offer valuable insights for critical commercial decisions Lead the analysis and interpretation of financial data to support complex customer and contract structures and determine the appropriateness of rebate/chargeback claims Act as support in providing monthly actual results and monthly business review analytics Collaborate with senior management on long-term strategic planning initiatives, contributing financial insights to shape the organisation's future direction. Lead the development of annual budgets and 5-year plans Develop and maintain complex financial models to support various scenarios Experience: Ambitious, commercially minded finance professional (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with 3-5 years post-qualification experience. A solid understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial modelling is essential. Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry would be advantageous.
