Cpl Healthcare are delighted to have partnered with The Mater Private Network Cork to recruit for a Clinical Nurse Manager 1&2 - Cardiac ICU . This role is in a brand new cardiothoracic service and intensive care unit at The Mater Private Network in Cork. Mater Private Network Cork has 65 inpatient rooms and multiple outpatient services and is continually undergoing expansion including the delivery of their new Cardiothoracic service and ICU in .This is a pivotal role in the coordination and management of activity and resources within the department and the successful candidate will promote a culture of open communication and best practice in the delivery of expert nursing care advice and support within the team.These roles offer an excellent relocation package and an excellent opportunity for career development.To be considered for the role, interested applicants are required to meet the following criteria:· Registered general nurse in the process of registering with or on the live register with the NMBI.· Minimum five years post registration experience in perioperative nursing within the last seven years· Relevant post graduate qualification in Peri-Operative nursing· Minimum three years’ experience in a people management role· Management qualification preferable or willing to undertake· Up to date knowledge and experience of theatre practices· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills· Demonstrable commitment to patient safety and quality· Ability to work in a dynamic and intense environment that requires quick thinking and excellent analytical and assessment skills· Vision of development of serviceFor more information contact me at sonia.tzaferi INDCHOB
