Production Supervisor Co Wexford Fulltime/Permanent Monday - Friday, Day & Evening Rotation Attractive Salary Vickerstock are working in partnership with our specialist FMCG global manufacturing client who are on the search for a motivated Production Supervisor to join the well-established team at their state-of-the-art factory in County Wexford. This is a fantastic career opportunity to join a dynamic team who will mentor and develop your skills, with room for promotion and personal development.As Production Supervisor your duties will include Work as part of a team to ensure optimum flow through the production process.Ensure compliance with company work instructions, SOPs and GMP standards at all times.Assist in the management of the day-to-day operations to achieve daily and weekly output targets, ensuring team and individual performance levels are monitored and achieved.Identify opportunities to improve work processes and methods.Work with key stakeholders to support the efficient running of the plant.Participate in relevant meetings e.g. Production planning, Health & Safety.Carry out the necessary day to day administrative duties.Identify, plan and implement the necessary training required for the team and individuals and provide cross training as required on all processes. Working hours Monday - Friday Day & Evening Shift Rotation6am - 2pm2pm - 10pm We are looking forPrevious Supervisory experience within ManufacturingMust have a positive attitude and the ability to motivate, organise, develop and lead a team by giving direction, instruction, guidance and example. Salary paying up to €40,000 depending on experience plus shift premium (more information at application stage).
