Our client is a leading HR consultancy firm, known in the industry for their commitment to employee growth and progression. Due to continued growth, they are hiring Sales Consultants to join their team at their state of the art offices in Dublin. Sounds great..! But what will my day be like? On a daily basis, you’ll be prospecting for new business via outbound phone calls and email. Responding to client queries and completing follow up calls promptly using a friendly and professional tone in spoken and written communication. Ensuring all relevant administration relating to each client has been actioned and updated in our CRM system Ensuring all work deadlines are met where possible, and if unable to meet a specific deadline, agree a revised timeline You’ll be working really closely with your team to achieve individual KPI’s as well as Team KPI’s You? This is a unique role with ample opportunities so we’re looking for a bright-eyed, ambitious candidate with excellent interpersonal skills and confident communication skills. You could be coming from a hospitality or retail background, maybe in an office environment – if you have outbound sales experience that would be a huge advantage, but not essential. The role is office-based in Dublin City, so you must be comfortable commuting to the office every day.
