With over 30 years’ experience in off-site construction, we pride ourselves in delivering the impeccable standard our clients deserve.Quantity Surveyor Due to the development of new and existing projects we are excited to be recruiting for Quantity Surveyors with a minimum of 2 years experience who will be based in Tubbercurry, Sligo or Oranmore, Galway on multiple projects.Working alongside an extensively experienced commercial team you will be working within & assisting the team to ensure a successful project is delivered, while maintaining relationships, maximising commercial returns and managing risk.You will be:Preparing tenders, analysing, selecting appropriate s/cs, negotiation & finalise s/c orders, financial & commercial management of s/cs to Final Account completion.Managing and reporting of forecasts, target, reconciliations, site records, document control, variation reporting, valuations, assisting in the site records & document controlLiaising with & commercially influence/challenge site management team whilst maintaining & protecting JSS commercial & contractual entitlementManaging & overseeing AQS & TQS, checking & taking responsibility for their work & sign-off SMM/measurement issuesYou will have:2+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential/commercial construction projectsA relevant 3rd level qualification2+ years’ experience in report writing, forecast planning and engaging with clients and senior leadersExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAt present we can only consider candidates that are currently residing in Ireland who meet the above-mentioned criteria.Don’t see the job for you?
