Amber Petroleum trading as Inver Energy are currently recruiting for a Deli Manager to join their team in their forecourt based in Charleville, Co. Cork. The Deli Manager will be responsible for the overall Deli and Cafe department and Team while maintaining a high level of customer service. The key roles and responsibilities involved in this role include. - Overall running of the Deli, Bakery, Café and seating area - Delegating tasks to staff - Ensuring all HACCP and food safety standards are met, and that all documentation is up to date - Handling stock and waste control of products - Bringing forward new ideas to increase sales and standards within the department - Managing the day-to-day management of the overall Food operations and the employees to improve sales performance - Supervising employees in various duties such as cooking, serving, packaging, and operating counters - Stock taking and counting results, investigating any discrepancies - Managing product storage, maintenance, and rotation activities to avoid any damages or spoilage - Ensuring that products are properly labelled with prices and dates - Dealing with customer queries and complaints to the highest possible standards - Encouraging an atmosphere of good Customer Service and teamwork within the Deli area - Completing any back office administrative duties as required - Assisting in preparation of inventory and sales budgets - Provide training to staff on company policies and sales guidelines. - Scheduling shifts, hiring, and interviewing staff members with the forecourt manager Qualifications and Experience • Previous experience as Deli Supervisor • Previous customer service experience • Exceptional communication skills • The ability to work as part of a team Skills: Communication Skills Deli Supervisor Customer Service HACCP Benefits: EAP Cycle To Work Scheme Employee Discount App Employee Fuel Card Offering At Employee Rates Competitive Salary Discount on Deli Products
