Customer Service ManagerExcel Recruitment is seeking a Customer Service Manager for our client in Dublin City. This Manager will oversee the daily operations of the clients contact centre, managing a small team of agents and ensuring Customer Service levels are delivered at the highest possible standard. This position would suit an experienced contact centre supervisor who is looking to take the next step in their career.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day resources effectively to allow a high standard of customer service to be deliveredMonitor KPI’s to ensure the Customer Service Team deliver on SLA agreementsEnsure the correct protocols are in place to deal with enquiries, complaints and escalationsDevelop training and development plans for customer service teamsCompile reports for senior management in relation to performance across the teamRequirements: 3 Years supervisory/management experience in contact centreIT literate with the ability to analyse data and compile complex reportsProven track record delivering SLA’s from a customer service perspectiveProven leader with the ability to motivate and develop a teamIf you would like to apply for this Customer Service Manager position, please send a full CV and cover letter.
