We are pleased to announce that we are seeking a Regional Planning Manager.  This position will be site-based in Dublin, with a regular requirement for travel across Europe. Reports to:  Operations Director   Responsibilities: Develop bid programmes to support and compliment bid submissions Develop, maintain and review detailed master construction programmes and project controls procedures for live projects Work with Project Directors  and site teams to develop and maintain effective Project Planning Strategies and Programmes Prepare and present progress reviews to senior management Business development activities with new clients Liaise with stakeholders to review progress of projects, supporting risk identification and proactive problem solving Create and maintain schedules for the pre-construction, construction, and commissioning phases of specific projects as requested Establish and maintain project schedule resource requirements across all projects Develop and Communicate tools for the effective target completion of project goals Provide performance updates / reports for identification of variances and corrective actions Planning representative in Client & Subcontractor meetings Develop and coach the members of the planning team across projects and prioritise workloads, delegate appropriately and be an effective role model. Requirements Degree in Engineering / Construction Management required 7+ years relevant experience in the construction industry, preferably main contractor experience Experienced in programming software and BIM - Asta Powerproject and Primavera P6 preferred Demonstrable experience in large-scale environments (project values €50 m +) Excellent organisational, communication, people and time management skills The ability to build robust relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers
