Our clients include many of the leading domestic and multinational financial institutions. You will work with some of the best FS Tax professionals both in PwC Ireland but also within our global network giving you a unique opportunity to collaborate with colleagues around the world and work not only on Irish tax issues but also on transactions spanning international borders.Ourglobal Aircraft leasingnetwork, led from Dublin has dedicated specialists in over 120 countries providing local aircraft leasing knowledge from a single point of contact in Dublin.Ireland is the leading centre for the administration ofhedge funds, the largest domicile for ETF funds in Europe and has a strong position in debt structures, real estate and the private equity space. You will work with our clients on structuring Irish products, investor tax reporting, identifying tax risks and analysing foreign withholding tax and international reporting requirements. OurBanking and Capital marketsclients cover the spectrum of domestic and global institutions to include the new tech focused banking sector. You will work with our clients to formulate effective strategies for optimising taxes, to implement efficient structures and to manage compliance obligations. We are the leading advisors to theInsuranceindustry in Ireland. Our dedicated insurance tax team has extensive knowledge of the issues, trends and challenges that insurers face every day and works with clients to provide innovative solutions to these critical issues. You will have the opportunity to assist many insurance and banking MNCs establish and develop EU headquarter operations in Ireland.As aManagerin FS Tax, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve complex tax and broader business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:Discuss potential innovative projects with our clients linked to economic, business and technical reality in order to help them to grow on the market.Together with our clients, you will analyse how to transform their business, how to develop and select innovative solutions.You will build your professional network and manage client relationships in order to find business opportunities with innovative companies. Have an active role in training our junior and senior staff members promoting a learning culture.Bring business knowledge, innovation and insight to create value for clients and the firm.Embrace the digital evolution in our business and at clients, motivated to familiarise yourself with these evolutions and to drive these technologies further in our day-to-day business and that of our clients.Operate and collaborate effectively with a mindset that transcends geographic and cultural boundaries. Motivating your team to perform at their best, make a difference and deliver results, while providing mentorship and guidance allowing them to stretch to their full potential.Work on attracting, developing and retaining the best talents for the firm.Be part of and contribute to the fun working environment. About you – Key skills and competencies:At least 5+ years experience in Tax consulting.AITI/CTA Qualified with a strong academic record.Commercial awareness with an ability to develop business opportunities in order to generate growth within FS and the firm. Relationship management - ability to read situations and modify behaviour to build quality and diverse relationships.Creative - develop new ideas and propose innovative solutions to problems. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.Enthusiastic team player and manager with a passion to coach and encourage others to achieve their potential.Leadership – demonstrate strong commitment and experience to developing yourself, your team members, your clients and your business.Create your future with us. The world of work has changed and we are changing with it! At PwC, we believe that challenges are better solved together.
