Manufacturing/ Quality Engineer - Vision Built

With over 30 years’ experience in off-site construction, we pride ourselves in delivering the impeccable standard our clients deserve.Mnaufacturing/ Quality Engineer At Vision Built, we are delighted to be growing our team with the addition of an experienced Quality Engineer.As a skilled engineering professional you will be responsible for assessing the quality of works onsite, reporting on standards, quality, improvements and delivering actionable results oriented feedback.You will be:Supporting on the development and maintenance of the QMS inline with ISO9001, BOPAS, EN1090 and NSAI Agrement Certs.Coordinating and drive the integration of common processes and activities, considering non Quality Standards such as ISO14001, ISO20400 and ISO 45001.Including digital adoption of QA/QC processes across the business.Reviewing SOPs to ensure compliance and link with IPT and ITRs. Reviewing and signing off quality management documentation : Plans, mock ups, ITR, ITP.Lead on internal technical and management system audits, including factory and site auditsSupporting and auditing the ‘Quality in Design (QID)’ and ‘New Product Introduction (NPI)’ process. Setting QA compliance objectives and ensuring that targets are achievedReporting of internal quality performance Monitoring and report on compliance with national and international standards and legislation; Supporting and providing oversight to document and record management You will have:At least 3 years experience in the implementation and development of QMS, preferably in manufacturing assembly or construction assembly.Demonstrated experience of quality management from cradle to grave of a product/service.Robust knowledge of aspects of Quality Standards and SpecificationsRemuneration & BenefitsCompetitive salary26+ days annual leaveCommercial vehicle or car allowanceExcellent Benefits PackageAnd much more!At present we can only consider candidates that are currently residing in Ireland who meet the above-mentioned criteria.Don’t see the job for you?
