WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE? As a leader in your field you will consistently deliver an experience aligned with our experiential retail pillars - Community & Connection, Memorable Moments, and Inspiration & Innovative You will thrive in delivering a world class experience like no other, ensuring the customer is at the heart of all decisions, leading a centre of innovation and experimentation Expertly use the welding machine to seamlessly attach bracelets, anklets & rings to our customers making it a personal and memorable experience Nurture and develop an unforgettable experience by establishing a personal connection with new and existing customers Strong presence on the shop floor, actively sharing your expertise The ability to be adaptable and genuine in more sensitive/sentimental appointments Having exceptional product knowledge and knowledge relating to all of the services that we offer WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE FROM ME?
