Catering Assistant (Kennedy Boutique Hotel)

Kennedy Boutique Hotel in (New Ross, County Wexford) are looking for a Catering Assistant. if you would like to join our small and dedicated team, we would like to hear from. Responsibilities to include but not limited to:          Providing and maintaining high quality standards and procedures in preparing and serving all food.          Responsible for preparation of hot and cold meals.          Ensuring that all food quality meets specifications and guarantees.          Regularly take stock of all kitchen supplies and food items required for service.          Properly labeling and dating all products to ensure safekeeping and sanitation.          Keeping the kitchen, a clean, safe and sanitary environment in which to work; making sure all kitchen sanitation standards are met.          Ensuring all requisitions are processed properly and placed in designated area.          Working as a team, assisting all guests' and employees' needs and inquiries.          Following all health and safety regulations. Qualifications          Comprehension of English, oral and written language          Ability to maintain a clean and organised work environment.          HACCP required. Schedule:          19 hours per week          Must be available to work Monday-Sunday
