Bartender

<p>We are currently looking to hire an experienced Bartender for our Conference and Banqueting Team. The ideal candidate will have a professional and friendly approach and must be focused on providing excellent customer service. The successful candidates will have excellent attention to detail as well as good communication and time keeping skills.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Preparing &amp; serving a variety of drinks in a timely manner in a busy and pressurised environment</li> <li>Taking Drinks &amp; Food orders</li> <li>Waiting on tables and serving food</li> <li>Ensuring all customers food &amp; beverage needs are met</li> <li>Greeting customers in a friendly fashion and welcoming them to the bar</li> <li>Checking I.D. to ensure consumers are of a legal age to consume alcohol</li> <li>Remembering cocktail recipes and making Cocktails</li> <li>Processing payments</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <p>· Must be flexible and available to work early mornings and late nights.</p> <p>· Must be focused on providing excellent customer service.</p> <p>· Must have excellent communication and a good level of spoken English is required.</p> <p>· Must be a team player with the ability to multitask.</p> <p>· Maintain a professional image at all times through appearance.</p>
