CPL are looking to hire a Marketing Administrator/ Key Account Manager to work on site in a US multinational base in Limerick. This role is a 9-month contract initially & there is an opportunity to work hybrid after training period. The successful candidate will proactively provide an effective marketing support capability to the ultimate benefit of our broad portfolio of customers. You will interact closely with Marketing Engineers, Design Engineers, Product Planners, Project Managers, New Product Co-ordinators & Pricing Specialists.It is expected the candidate will be a strong team player, have excellent communication and multitasking skills and be effective in driving tasks to completion through close coordination with multiple groups. Working in a small team you will be responsible for the following duties:·Provide marketing support for the introduction of new products to the market. ·Generate marketing & branding instructions for all models within the portfolio.·Facilitate the online purchase processes.·Support & manage communication to the sales organisation.·Manage licenses, Non-Disclosure Agreements & product lifecycle.·Provided general business support for customer queries, providing accurate & timely product status information from quality details to order delivery management.QualificationsoTypically requires a minimum of 2-3 years of directly relevant marketing administration or customer support in a product focused organization.oExcellent communication skills and good knowledge of customer support systems necessary.oBe a strong team player with effective communication & multitasking skills.oBe able to network within several different departments ranging from Warehousing, Production, new product, procurement, supply chain.oStrong IT skills in MS Office is essential.
