We have been Building Excellence for over 150 years by building trust, certainty, and value for our clients.Human Resources Business Partner HRBP - Maternity Contract(12-18month contract)John Sisk & Son are delighted to be seeking an experience HRBP in a contract position based in our Dublin Head Office.Reporting to and working closely with the Divisional Head of HR, the HR Business Partner will work in close partnership with the other key HR disciplines (Reward, Talent and L&D) to ensure programmes and processes delivered by HR are aligned with business and HR strategies.They will manage and lead employee relations cases (grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence, capability) and be responsible for leading key strategic projects in collaboration with members of the HR team and key stakeholders from across the business. You will be:Working with Head of HR & business leaders to design and deliver strategic people plans to enable business outcomes whilst parttnering with leaders to create solutions which build a high-performance culture, in turn driving higher employee engagement and performanceKeeping close contact with people across the assigned business portfolio, maintaining a ‘finger on the pulse’ and sharing any emerging themes with the Divisional Head of HR and wider team (as appropriate)The first point of contact for all employee relations matters (disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence) providing the Divisional Head of HR with regular updates with responsibility for the coaching of managers and management of employee relations concerns upon requirementProviding key HR metrics/data where appropriate as requested by the business i.e. work winning, Regional/Divisional Board reports to enable more effective business decisionsYou will have:Exemplary inter-personal skills with an engaging, approachable style as well as the ability to confidently and sensitively challenge employees at every level (including senior leaders) and hold your position under pressureExcellent verbal and written communication skills, organisational skills and the ability to listen well.Flexibility and willingness to travel to various projects and offices as required3+ years of experience in a similar role and a broad understanding across different areas of Human ResourcesRemuneration & Benefits:Competitive salary26+ days annual leaveEarly finish FridaysExciting and ground-breaking projectsSupportive and positive environmentMuch more!
