The main work will consist of complex financial analysis, storytelling and standard business intelligence visualizations such as bar charts, sankeys, scatterplots and others, and a more advanced part through Natural Language Processing (NLP) to extract insights out of the unstructured data or free-text (such as topics) and enhance our understanding of the existing data. Specific tasks include: Quantitative analysis, data (text) mining. Generate internal data reports (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and others) and dashboards that are critical for decision-making processes. Work with multiple data sets. Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems, applying advanced analytical methods as needed. Stakeholders will reach out ad-hoc with questions and together we need to determine if we have the data collected to answer it, and if so, how could we do it? It will be a mix of various levels of effort and collaborations with SMEs. Create compelling data visualizations to communicate findings to the team and other stakeholders effectively. Engage in rapid prototyping of solutions to business challenges, demonstrating agility and a fail-fast, learn-fast attitude. Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies that can enhance data analysis and insights extraction. Requirements: Proven experience in Python programming. Evidence of relevant experience in data analysis and visualization (in any role). Familiarity with at least some Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques. Excellent communication skills, able to interact with a multi-cultural and interdisciplinary team of experts and developers in layman language.Proactive and independent problem solver, an excellent team player. An agile and resourceful mindset, with a passion for solving business challenges through data. Willingness to continuously learn new tools and techniques. Experience in at least 1 of the following 2 software: Microsoft PowerBI Tableau Nice to have: Some level of familiarity with Microsoft Azure or the willingness to learn it. Experience with OpenAI API or OpenAI’s Developers Platform. Experience in the latest technologies such as GPT 4, LLMs overall, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), high level understanding of data analytics Experience with Machine Learning projects. Experience with projects in any cloud environment (Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud Platform (GCP), or Microsoft Azure).
