Duties:•Provide IT Support to our nationwide sites•Deal with support tickets and first level IT issues•Travel to regional sites on occasion. •Participate in planned hardware and software changes•Network configuration/supportSkills required:•3rd Level or equivalent IT qualification•Full driving license essential•Enthusiastic with a willing to learn•Good IT troubleshooting skills•Good organisational and communication skillsExposure to some/all of the following desirable:•Knowledge of Retail POS Systems would be a distinct advantage•Helpdesk/Remote IT Support•Computer hardware and software maintenance•MS Office Suite of applications•Windows 10/11 configuration and support•Windows Server O/S•TCP/IP (Networking)•Active Directory•Microsoft Exchange (is this old system) and Office •Remote Desktop Applications e.g. RDP, TeamViewer etc.•Anti-Virus/Malware/Network Security•PBX and Hosted Telephony Solutions•Virtualisation technologies - HyperV and VMWare
