Our People Passionate Strategy focuses on developing our inclusive culture to enable our people to do their best work together as well as to grow and transform themselves and the built environment sustainably, underpinned by ethics and integrity.   About the Role: Kingspan Data & Flooring is experiencing a period of rapid expansion and now requires an HRIS Project Lead to manage the successful implementation of a new global HR platform across its European business.   To help fuel our incredible growth, the HRIS Project Lead role will be pivotal in optimising our HR processes, streamlining our HR operations, improving data accuracy and decision-making, enhancing our employee experiences and, ultimately, positioning our HR function to capitalise on all of the benefits associated with the successful implementation of an HRIS system.   By managing the project from set-up, configuration, system validation & testing through to go-live, the HRIS Project Lead will play a key role in working with stakeholders across the division and the wider Kingspan Group to ensure that the HRIS system is implemented successfully and on target.   Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a detailed project plan outlining overall project objectives and deliverables as well as specific tasks and timelines so that progress can be monitored, milestones tracked and project risks managed. Oversee and lead the collection and validation of employee data and business rules for all divisional businesses within the project scope. Configure and validate divisional business rules or specific in-country requirements on the selected HRIS platform. Evaluate organisational readiness for HRIS implementation by undertaking divisional readiness assessments, working closely with the Group to establish initial foundational data requirements, identifying expected timelines and communicating associated implementation plans as required. Develop a data migration strategy and ensure effective execution to transfer existing data to the new system following specific timelines. Work closely with the vendor and internal IT teams to configure the HRIS system according to organisational requirements. Develop comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality, data integrity and overall performance through integration testing, user acceptance testing, regression testing, etc and document any issues, defects and enhancements. Identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials and programmes to ensure user proficiency with the new system ensuring that implementation plans, timelines and expectations are clearly communicated to stakeholders to manage expectations and minimise resistance to change. Coordinate all preparations for system go-live including data migration, system configurations and user access setup and monitor the system closely during the initial period after go-live to address any issues or concerns promptly. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting to the users as they adapt to the new system and collect feedback from users and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and optimisation. Optimise the HRIS to provide real-time data and insights across talent management, performance management, workforce planning and employee development. Support the growth of the business by enabling scale through modular design and implementation, maximising customisable features in line with organisational requirements. Qualifications & Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration or a related field. Proven experience in HRIS implementation and project management.
