Tasks You are part of the Digital Solutions team in the People & Organization division and drive data-based decision-making in HR-related issues. You will be responsible for the development of an HR data governance framework for Workday and SAP HCM. You will develop a data catalog and advise on the optimal use of HR data and the use of AI You provide comprehensive insights by identifying further relevant data sets and integrating data sources. You identify trends in the digital environment and anticipate them when developing data strategies. You support the establishment of a data mindset and work closely with other HR teams to continuously optimize end-to-end data collection. Requirements You are experienced in project management and have a university degree (master's degree in business informatics, computer science) or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you have some previous experience in people analytics, data strategy or (generative) artificial intelligence You have in-depth knowledge of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) You have very good analytical and conceptual skills and enjoy being a problem solver.
