Your new company Your new company is in the Arts & Culture industry and is conveniently located in Dublin 2. The organisation is growing, and they are looking for you to join them on a 3-month temporary basis. Your new role As a personal assistant, you will be responsible for scheduling appointments and managing a busy diary. You will communicate with both internal and external stakeholders via phone, email and in person. You will arrange meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes on occasion. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in your new role, you must have experience in a similar position. You must be organised, with the ability to prioritise tasks. It is also important that you are systems savvy, with a good knowledge of MS Office suites. You must be open to working on a temporary basis.
