Your new role The individual will be reporting to the maintenance engineer and will be assisting the maintenance engineer in delivering all aspects of maintenance management onsite. Duties include, but are not limited to, assist to plan and schedule work orders using the computerised maintenance management software, assist in condition reporting, assist on occasion in fault finding issues, ensure correct and timely processing of work orders, create job plans, and maintain accurate and detailed reports and records of work completed and material used on-site by both internal employees and subcontracted services. Effective oral/written communication skills.Demonstrate strong analytical skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including MS Project.Strong organisational skills and ability to define tasks with minimal supervision.The ability to protect confidential and sensitive information.Demonstrate detailed understanding of H&S statutory requirements, responsibilities and obligationsExperience in a CMMS software such as Maximo, PEMACExperience in maintenance supervisory roleWhat you'll get in return A salary range of €50,000-€60,000 depending on experience, performance related bonus of up to 12% of salary plus a range of benefits.
