Application Support Analyst Location: Dublin Salary: DOE We are seeking to hire an Application Support Analyst on behalf of our client, a global healthcare services firm. You will be responsible for providing Level 1 & 2 support services for my client's service offerings and products. Duties: Handling all customer enquiries and complaints via inbound and outbounds calls Provide first line support on a rotational basis Investigate, diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve issues/problems concerning deployed products Utilising ticketing systems Reporting to Application Support Lead regarding support efficiency and issues affecting the utilisation of Soteria Understanding Soteria as a product to optimise customer support Maintaining Compliance with business processes and policies Supporting the implementation of Soteria at client sites Developing strong knowledge of used Software applications including configuration, mapping and new releasesRequirements: Professional experience of software deployment and implementation, ideally within the healthcare domain Experience in product or service support to customers Experience with Jira or a similar software is a distinct at advantage Experience with Freshdesk and Word/ExcelIf you're interested in this position, apply through the link provided or send your CV to (url removed) Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business
