If you are resilient, ambitious, a team player, and passionate about driving forwards your career with us, we would love to hear from you!     Overall Purpose of the Role: Inventory Planner Role for BIFG, dealing with all daily queries; reviewing stocks levels vs forecasts to ensure that correct levels are in place. Ordering of over 500 Fast and Slow moving products from local, UK, and European supply sites   Main Duties & Responsibilities:   Responsible for stock availability whilst reducing inventory value and achieving 99.98% service level for the business   Arranging the distribution of containers from Irish, UK and European based suppliers whilst continually assessing cost base and introducing new initiatives to drive down Supply Chain and Logistics cost   Monitoring Supplier and Haulier performance to assess their ability to meet our quality/delivery requirements and ensuring service levels are maintained   Preparing monthly presentations for management meetings to include stockholding lost sales risks, Forecast Vs Sales Accuracy, Supplier / Haulier performance. Transport Spend Vs Budget and Monthly Lost Sales Analysis.   Creating and maintaining daily Inbound schedules for hauliers.   Key Competencies:   Ensures Accountability Customer Focus Working to Deadlines Communication and Influencing Skills Cross-functional team player Complex problem solving skills   Experience Essential: 3rd Level Degree in Supply Chain or at least 3 years experience in a similar role Strong IT skills essential, especially Excel Full driving license with access to a vehicle   Desirable: Experience in UK Brexit/Customs imports   Your Application At ARYZTA our employees are our number one asset and we support your decision to explore other opportunities within the organisation.
