We are looking for an employee for SP Expert System and Process Coordination in the Human Resources Department, Personnel Systems and Processes division. The HR Systems and Processes division ensures the introduction of new HR programs and their support in live operation. Our aim is to continuously optimize HR processes and improve IT standards as the basis for modern and efficient HR work. What you can expect: Technical support, customizing and further development of our duty roster program SP-Expert Mapping and implementation of legal, collective bargaining and service agreement requirements in the duty roster program and ensuring high data quality Troubleshooting and determining causes as well as carrying out functional tests Competent user consulting, including presentations, IT training and created process descriptions Support with the expansion of functions and responsibility for your projects and tasks What sets you apart: A successfully completed university degree (computer science, business administration or comparable course of study) or comparable, completed vocational training Practical experience in supporting and customizing a duty roster program, preferably SP-Expert, as well as experience in process and project management Sound knowledge of collective bargaining and labor law, in particular its regulations on working hours Initiative, enjoy conceptual work, a sense of responsibility and a confident and friendly manner A structured and independent way of working, problem-solving skills and good analytical abilities What we offer you: You will be graded according to your qualifications up to pay group E12 TV-L, if you meet the requirements of the collective agreement Full-time employment, currently 38.5 hours/week; part-time employment may be possible within the framework of certain working time models A highly motivated, friendly team and a structured induction accompanied by your mentor Flexible working hours (flexitime) and the option to work from home for a better work-life balance You can find more exciting UKSH benefits on our website below.
