Job Title: Project Coordinator Reporting to: Senior Production Coordinator/Production Manager Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Liaise with Estimation dept. on the handover of projects for order and production Support customers on technical queries / design of projects and approvals Engage with customers to agree on production timings and delivery dates Prepare projects materials orders and issue to Supply Chain dept. for ordering Track material orders in process and manage/prioritise own projects Prepare and issue to Production dept. detailed technical drawings and instructions for manufacture Liaise with Production Supervisor on any specific project manufacturing details Keep accurate reporting of projects to track materials and labour usage/ efficiencies Prepare and issue delivery/ dispatch notes for projects Liaise with Accounts dept. on invoicing of projects Attend weekly production meetings Experience & Qualifications: 2-3 years' previous experience in Project coordinator role Strong computer skills - proficient in use of Microsoft Office Minimum of 2 years autocad experience essential Experience using LogiKal software would be a distinct advantage Exceptional interpersonal skills Proven ability to plan and prioritise work Strong customer service focus Organised with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances GW
