Overview Microsoft Entra – SMEJob Type: Permanent Location: Hybrid – Letterkenny, Co. Donegal The Role As a Microsoft Entra SME, you will help define and implement the Identify and Access Management framework for customers. The Microsoft Entra SME will also be responsible for implementing, operating, and maintaining enterprise Entra ID, Intune and its related core technologies as well as exploring new technologies, improving the current IT infrastructure, and integrating new solutions. Key responsibilities: Contribute and support enterprise-level designs for Active Directory, Azure Active Directory/Entra ID, SaaS application integration, Azure App, and SSO for enterprise initiatives.Troubleshoot and resolve Entra ID(Azure Active Directory) related issues and incidentsUnderstanding of system dependencies and interrelation to the businessAnalyze customer business needs to develop and implement robust solutions.Work in collaboration with Security team to implement and manage security measures to protect that our systems and data.Automating various Entra ID(Azure Active Directory) tasks and configurations plus generating custom reports via PowerShell / Azure CLIImplement cloud-based security policies, procedures, control standards, and operational practices.Provide timely support and troubleshooting to clients and internal teams. Your Profile Key skills/knowledge/experience: Proficient in Microsoft Entra ID, External ID, and PowerShell scripting.Microsoft Zero Trust Security – Defender SuiteMulti-Factor Authentication utilizing Entra MFA.Expertise in Conditional Access Policies, Multi-Factor Authentication, SSO, Federation, Authorization, and Session Management concepts.Understanding of protocols like SAML 2.0, OAuth 2.0, OpenID, and SCIM-based provisioning.Familiarity with Azure Active Sync and Cloud Sync configurations.Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator certification and prior experience with Okta, ForgeRock, Oracle or SailPoint are a plus.Experience with Logic Apps, Power BI, Power Automate, Microsoft Defender, Microsoft Internet Access, and Private Access is preferred. Good to have: Microsoft M and/or MSFT Identity & Access Certification.CompTIACertified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP),Certified Information Security Manager (CISM),Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) Candidates should hold appropriate RTWs for Ireland i.e. Stamp1G, Stamp 4, Irish/British/EU passport.
