Bartender (Entry level or Experienced)

The Hodson Bay Hotel are currently recruiting for a friendly and customer focused  Bartender . Previous experience is desired, however, we would be delighted to welcome Entry Level Bartenders who wish to learn a new set of skills! We are particularly interested in candidates who have availability on weekdays, for part time or full time hours. We have a variety of shifts available to suit all needs across the afternoon, evening and later night shifts. Candidates must be flexible to work across weekdays & weekends, when needed. Duties will include: The service of food & beverages, cash handling & other related duties as required. Ensuring the highest standards of hygiene are maintained throughout service. Assisting other F&B outlets during busy periods Ensure alcohol is sold responsibly as per our Responsible Sale of Alcohol policy We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service through dedicated and committed employees. A little bit about you: 1 year experience behind a busy bar preferred, however full training will be provided for entry level bartenders Knowledge of drinks and cocktails preferred Available to work mid-week and weekend shifts Excellent customer service skills Ability to take initiative and anticipate customer needs Enjoy working in a fast paced environment Why work with us?
