The Ideal Candidate will have: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role or an office environment; Previous experience in accounts payable and receivable desirable; High level of computer competency; Excellent administration and Communication Skills. The Role Working to deliver key responsibilities within the agreed time frame, the successful candidate will be required to: Work 5 days per week in the busy accounts department; Liaise with suppliers and internal designated personnel; Processes payments and documents such as bank transfers, cheques and invoices etc.; Maintain and ensure files, records and reports are kept up to date; Assist in processing weekly payroll.
