Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: You will develop and nurture relationships with our key global and in-market charity partners, building trust and working collaboratively to achieve mutual goals.You will use your creativity to find new ways to embed global and local charity partnerships across our markets and stores, creating innovative and impactful ways to engage colleagues and customers. You will engage with leaders across the business to ensure charity partnerships are authentic, impactful and help to deliver market specific goals.You will advise, influence and partner with stakeholders and partners to deliver events and activations for some of our most established and exciting partnerships and campaigns at global and local level.You will create and lead a volunteering programme for our office and retail teams, creating opportunities for colleagues to make a difference in our communities and help to create a sense of purpose, belonging and connection.You will design an impact map of charity activity across Primark and turn this information into compelling stories that shows our colleagues and customers who we are and what we care about.You will use your communication and copywriting skills to create engaging communications materials for key campaigns and projects.You will research new ways of “giving back” through activities & events that drive employee engagement, social impact and heighten awareness of Primark ‘s values and purpose.You will partner with our buying and central functions teams to manage ad hoc donations to local charities.What You’ll Bring Here at Primark, we want everyone to feel valued – so please bring your authentic self to work, of course with some other key experience and abilities for this role in particular: You will bring prior experience in Communications, PR, Marketing, Event Management or Corporate Partnerships ManagementYou will have proven experience in successfully managing and delivering projects from initiation to completion.You are an excellent communicator with a passion for international retail and social impact.You are customer centric with a can-do attitude and experienced in finding creative and innovative ways to engage and motivate employees.You have an eye for detail and a mind for commercial decision making with the ability to think strategically, identify barriers and develop long term solutions.You bring demonstrated organisational and analytical skills with the capacity to manage changing priorities and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.You are a strong writer with an ability to translate data and insight into compelling content for a range of internal and external communications channels.You have experience working with external stakeholders, agencies, and other 3rd party suppliers.Having knowledge of the charity/non-profit sector and principles is beneficial, but not essential.Ready?
