Positive, progressive & encouraging working environment.   These are just some of the benefits of this position!   Job Specification: Work with management to determine which lenders and finance products are best for the dealership and its customers. Sell finance to customers - understand the differences between customers and be able to recommend the appropriate financial services products. Consult with the customer in the selection of the proper product and financing terms. Advise customers on payment options. Review the figures that are presented by the salesperson and use them when closing the deal with the customer. Sell add-on products such Payment Protection Insurance (PPI) and Guaranteed Auto Protection (GAP) insurance. Understand and apply brand values in each dealership. Maintain systems and procedures in line with departmental operating standards and utilise them appropriately. Maintain and operate an effective enquiry management system. Fully understand and apply the complete range of Financial Services Products to the appropriate customers: Hire Purchase PCP Leasing Added value products. Understand and work within relevant financial legislation. Deal with banks - buy money and track rates. Invoice banks and ensure correct and swift payment. Payment reports from banks - money owed and ensure swift payment. Meet with bank representatives. Ensure cars are paid for when sold - track salesmen referrals. Solely responsible for leasing Maintain and develop ongoing relationships with Fleet companies. Liaise with subcontract drivers. Have a thorough understanding of competitor (both financial and manufacturer) products / offers.     Requirements: Full Driving License Legal right to work in Ireland. Previous experience and QFA Qualifications desirable but not necessarily essential Third Level Business degree an advantage, not essential. Highly motivated Target Driven Ability to work as part of a team.
