Your new company Your new role As a HR Assistant, you will execute the HR activities in an Employee life cycle; Monitor joining/training numbers at hiring to plan for deployment in the unit; prepare Workforce management dashboard in order to ensure HR service delivery effectiveness, timely reporting to business of the critical Employee areas and effectively execute resource deployment within the guidelines, policies and norms of the company.What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed in this role, you will need to speak fluent English and have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. This role will suit a driven individual who has an excellent work ethic, enjoys a target-driven environment, has excellent analytical/problem solving skills with a great eye for attention to detail and ability to work under pressure. Proficiency in Microsoft tools; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and business systems is necessary.What you'll get in return The salary for this role starts at €33,600 per annum, plus annual performance bonuses.
