An exciting opportunity has arisen for a People & Culture Co-ordinator to join our expanding award-winning Human Resource team.  Fantastic Graduate Opportunity available to join our team. As the People and Culture Administrator, you will have the exciting opportunity to work closely with our People and Culture ambassadors from front desk to housekeeping, culinary to event management, you will get to immerse yourself and collaborate with this team to create health & wellbeing events tailored to the individuality of our teams. The role will involve working in a dynamic Human Resources Team, supporting the development and consistent implementation of the overall HR strategy while gaining exposure to all aspects of Human Resource Activities.   Responsibilities will include;           Recruitment & Selection; attracting top talent while ensuring seamless selection process. New hire On-boarding; Facilitate smooth on-boarding experiences, providing new starters with access to essential resources and training Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and communication, fostering a positive work environment. Health and Wellbeing Programs: Collaborate with the team to co-ordinate our extensive employee Health and Wellbeing initiatives Learning & Development: Support learning and professional development programmes to empower employees and facilitate career path development & succession planning Support & coordinate employee reward and recognition schemes acknowledging outstanding contributions Supporting the HR Team with proactive HR advice and assistance on employee-related matters, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations Maintain HR automated systems effectively and assist in managing employee benefits     Requirement;   Passion for people with exceptional interpersonal skills. Strong communication abilities, fostering relationships at all organisational levels. Excellent organisational and planning skills, both independently and as part of a team. Ability to Multi-task and prioritize effectively with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in digital media platforms.
