About the Role  We are looking for someone to join us to provide administrative support to the Operations function. Key Accountabilities  Administration Produce, update, and provide best practice support on Microsoft documents,databases, and other departmental systems. Tasks may include purchasingmaterials, entering budgetary information, and recording time and expenses. Commercial Management Prepare analysis of market trends for use by others, using a variety of datasources. Data Management Help others get the most out of data management systems by providing supportand advice. Work Scheduling and Allocation Design own monthly schedule and, if necessary, assign work to others in orderto speed up office workflow and ensure high-priority tasks get done. Business Meetings/Events Arrangement Schedule appointments, make arrangements for meetings and conferences, andorganize travel plans, following detailed instructions to facilitate businessmeetings.
