If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Dental Receptionist at Smiles Dental South Anne Street, located in the heart of Dublin.Position: Dental ReceptionistLocation: Smiles Dental South Anne Street, DublinHours: Part-time, 19.5 hours per weekSchedule: Tuesday: 07:30 AM - 14:30 PMFriday: 9:30 AM - 5:00 PMSaturday: 9:30 AM- 5:00 PM We’re looking for a Receptionist that: Greet and assist patients and visitors with a warm and welcoming demeanour.Efficiently manage appointment scheduling and follow-up.Handle patient inquiries and provide detailed information about our dental services.Coordinate patient care and ensure a seamless experience.Process administrative tasksPromote and sell dental products and services to patients.Has strong communication and organisation skillsIs efficient with Microsoft Word and Outlook Requirements: Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in a dental or medical setting.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organisational abilities with a keen attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.Proficiency in office software and computer systems. Location and Accessibility: Smiles Dental South Anne Street Dentalign is conveniently situated just off Grafton Street on South Anne Street in Dublin. On-street parking is available around the clinic, and there are car park facilities nearby at St. Stephen's Green Shopping Centre and Dawson car parks.
