Job Description Building Operations & Maintenance Supervisor This position reports to Senior Operations Manager and is a pivotal role within the business unit providing leadership and technical support to building technicians ensuring contractual commitments and KPI’s are achieved in a high security P3 courthouse environment.The Facility Maintenance Supervisor will provide tactical day-to-day guidance and apply technical expertise to solve complex problems. A customer service focus, leadership/ motivational skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with staff, clients and vendors are key components for this role. Most importantly, you bring positivity and are willing to learn and help others learn.Location – Kitchener, ONYour role within the team:Oversee the operations and preventative/corrective maintenance of all building systems within the building envelope and premises (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, life safety, security, landscaping etc)Assign daily responsibilities to team members and provide technical guidance and direction to operations staff.Direct and manage all trades/contractors coming to site.Assist with projects.Maintain accurate/current SOPs for various systems.Procurement of goods/servicesActive user of CMMS and ability to build/modify PM reports.Customer relationship management and satisfaction.Ensure safety of staff and public using the facilityLead and assign staff health and safety initiatives.Provide leadership and guidance to technicians.Establishing team objectives and priorities, conduct performance appraisals and development feedback.Foster a positive learning environment.Why choose AtkinsRéalis as an employer?
