My public sector client, based in Galway City, is looking for a Clerical Officer to join their finance department on a temporary is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a public sector environment! 3 month contract 35 hours per week Responsibilities: Creating Purchase Orders Processing Invoices Data entry/time entry Preparation and submission of monthly accruals Running error reports and making corrections Liaising with various departments with queries The ideal candidate will have: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a finance setting. Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in Excel/SAP is an advantage Strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail.
