Whitewater is a leading water treatment solutions company operating in Ireland, UK and across Europe. Due to continued expansion, we now seek a A Business Unit Manager in the Industrial Water Treatment sector . Essential duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: Key Responsibilities       Implement effective business strategy in order to successfully sell Whitewater's technology / products / services into the Industrial,Municipal, Dairy, Food & Beverage sectors. Work closely with their customers to provide innovative water treatment solutions tailored to their specific needs.  Develop and execute commercial plans to drive top line growth and enhanced profitability aligned to the goals and objectives of the Whitewater Growth Plan Have the energy and ability to drive the sales process and promote our client. Continue to increase market share. Maintain existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organising daily work schedule to call on existing and develop potential sales prospects. Identify new business needs and opportunities and develop and implement customised solutions for our customers. Responsibility for sales, account correspondence, contracts, orders received, new business implementation, troubleshooting and follow up. Working to achieve clarify defined commercial sales targets - reviewed on a monthly basis. Dealing with Consulting Engineers, Technical, Engineering, Buyers and Facility Managers Customer lead generation, sales funnel. Effectively manage utilisation of CRM tools, both to manage personal opportunities as well as team opportunities, including closing marketing and tech-service generated leads. Tender management and bid/offer negotiations Utilise sector knowledge and self-motivation to achieve early market penetration/success. Generate an active pipeline of opportunities for future business. Requirements   Essentials   Degree qualified in Electrical/Mechanical field is required or relevant years of experience. 5-7 years of experience in sales with a proven successful track record. Sales experience in the Water treatment industry is essential . Sound technical knowledge water treatment.  Strong mechanical aptitude.  Customer focus - Ability to fulfil customer needs and expectations. Delivering Results - Deliver against strategic business KPI's. Passionate about success and delivering operational excellence. Must have the ability to make independent decisions, work flexibly, and have excellent time management skills. Competitive and works hard to exceed sales /profit targets.   Ability to make technical presentations and equipment design knowledge demonstrating how the company product range will meet client needs, providing pre-sales technical assistance and interpreting customer requirements.  Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a true service attitude Frequent travel will be required. The successful candidate must have a clean driving license.  Experience of Water Treatment, dealing with consulting engineers and contractors   Salary, DOE.
