Deli Chef/Prep Chef

We are now recruiting for an Experienced Deli Chef/ Prep Chef to join The Stable Yard Food Hall serving our delicious Artisan Foods. Job Description:  Provide a fast, friendly and efficient level of customer service. Preparing food items for customers in a professional Hot and Cold Delicatessen Business  Monitoring the visual appeal and the availability of all food and goods on display. Maintain workplace cleanliness throughout shift  Informed knowledge on products which are continuously changing/improving Make informed recommendations based on our produce and offerings  Work with a team to provide the highest standard of food preparation quality, presentation and service. The ideal candidate will have/be: A positive and self-motivated person who has the confidence and enthusiasm to succeed in a busy environment Have a friendly and engaging personality A knowledge of delicatessen service with fresh meats and cheeses an advantage A willingness to learn A passion for creating high-quality food Honest, presentable and takes pride in their work Maintain excellent time-keeping, organisation and attendance Natural ability to build rapport with customers in a retail setting, with excellent communication skills Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays Experience  : Restaurant Kitchen/Cafe/Delicatessen environment - minimum 1 years experience
