Commercial Performance ManagerJob PurposeWorking very closely with the Regional CEO to revolutionise the APAC and North/Centra/Eastern Europe Co-Working Markets by initiating and executing key strategic projects. This includes providing commercial performance analysis, driving process improvements and identifying opportunities to improve customer experience. Key Responsibilities Drive market specific growth and operations programmes that deliver growth in sales, profit, margin and network growth.Use trend analysis to identify emerging problems/issues either in a particular product or service and propose solutions.Undertake ad hoc pieces of investigative analysis to identify (under or over) performance hotspots and issues.Help ensure we have performance plans in place for each centre.Other ad hoc analysis and projects as required. Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications Graduate with a degree from a top tier institution.Experience in a commercial role in either a consultancy or fast-paced organisation. A naturally analytical person with a proven ability to problem solve.Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills.Expert use of MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, e.g. advanced use of formula’s pivot tables, and VBA/Macro’s.Advanced experience using and building data and analysis dashboards, e.g. Tableau, Power BI as well as experience in using SQL.Proficient in building complex financial models, forecasting and analysis.
