Senior Performance ManagerDo you have experience turning data into actionable business outcomes? Do you enjoy solving sophisticated problems? If so, this role could be perfect for you!The Senior Performance Manager is responsible for supervising and interpreting the performance of the PaddyPower Sports business. They are tasked with ensuring performance trends are understood, findings are leveraged and teams are delivering the propositions of the brand consistently. They will work with multiple partners and teams across PaddyPower to ensure delivery of commercial targets.This role has three direct reports, and extensive leadership opportunities across PaddyPower with frequent exposure to senior management.What You'll be Doing... Provide structure, quantitative and qualitative analysis techniques to tackle sophisticated performance concerns as they arise. Succinctly describe the issues and identify concerns, communicating these to relevant partners on a regular basis.Supervise performance of commercial trends using key metrics, delivering a consistent narrative in reports, insights and presentations to senior management and the wider business.Advising and crafting strategic, investigate analysis to drive recommendations on how we can better deliver against the PaddyPower Strategy across Acquisition, Retention & Generosity.Co-ordinate and prioritise analytical workflow, crafting common methodologies and definitions - be the standard bearer for the wider team.Lead and develop a successful team, ensuring delivery against goals while providing opportunities to enable learning and growth.Take ownership of performance actions and lead through to completion together with cross functional partnersConnect with teams within the wider Flutter Group to understand trends within the context of the market.What We're Looking For... Experience of delivering outstanding results in a commercial role.Strong numerical background; comfortable looking after large data sets.Highly proficient with SQL, and experience of data exploration softwareLeadership: Ability to influence and garner agreement from partners across the organisation.Hunger: Dedication & passion to achieve excellent things.Strategic Approach: Takes a long term view and anticipates future trends.Cross Functional Working: partnering with teams across the organisation to get things done.What’s on offer£1,000 learning fundTwice-yearly bonus (with part of it guaranteed!)Unlimited HolidayPension contribution schemePrivate healthcareFlexible ways of working – home or office, it’s your choice!Access to thousands of Udemy coursesInvest via the Company Sharesave Scheme16 hours paid volunteering time per yearWe’re working to be an inclusive employer, and we encourage people from all backgrounds, ways of thinking and working to apply.
