With a culture built on entrepreneurialism, partnership and being a team within teams, our firm offers joiners the opportunity to think out loud, .Essential Job Functions: Business Assisting in conducting RFPs for new linesTaking part / assisting in term sheet negotiationAssist in implementation Reporting obligations Ensuring all reporting line covenants are metReviewing / uploading the relevant reportsMaintaining and submitting borrowing base / PDR report Monitoring Monitoring compliance of lines with fund prospectus and facility agreement Line usage Submit drawdown request together with required documents Ongoing optimisation of the lines (new sub-facilities / increases, etc.)Weekly summary reportChair weekly credit line coordination callMaintain internal databasesAd hoc queries Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:For the position at hand, we seek applicants with 5+ years’ work experience and a bachelor degree from a top-tier college or university.
