Associate Director - IT Project Leader

This is an exciting opportunity to help build and operate a state-of-the-art manufacturing site from the ground up. Our new Limerick facility will be one of Lilly’s most technically advanced manufacturing sites and will include next-gen manufacturing technologies, and advanced data collection and analysis platforms that will result in safety and quality improvements, increased productivity, and variability reduction.What You’ll Be Doing:As the IT Project Leader for our Digital Native Manufacturing facility, your main focus will be on driving the implementation of cutting-edge technologies. You'll lead the introduction of advanced tools like MES, SAP EWM, real-time monitoring, and advanced scheduling across manufacturing, laboratory, and supply chain applications. Your strategic planning and project execution will optimize processes, heighten efficiency, and seamlessly integrate these innovative solutions.
