Dock 84, cafe restaurant in Sligo, requires a Sous Chef for our kitchen. Working on all sections of the kitchen you will be an important part of the supervising of the kitchen team. Must have at least 5 years chef experience for this position and experience or training in kitchen health and hygiene procedures and be experienced in professional cookery. Full time permanent position. 39 hours per week. Euro 30,000 per annum salary.
