Reporting to the Stock Operations Lead and Loan Operations Manager, the primary purpose of the role is to provide effective data analysis on all aspects of stock movements within the business and support the sales functions and all the main operational departments within Tekno Surgical. Areas of Responsibility: Collecting, interpreting, and analysing data. Reporting the results to the relevant members of the organisation. Working with colleagues to establish the requirements of the business. Creating a more efficient data collection and analysis process. Producing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs). Requirements Background, Skills & Competencies: Experience of ERP Systems an advantage and  Microsoft Office (intermediate excel required) Knowledge of distribution supply chain model and/or operation of a consignment business model, preferably in a healthcare environment. Absolute attention to detail. Strong attention to detail is a necessity in the medical industry. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Ability to communicate effectively and develop and maintain strong working relationships, notably with internal departments. Strong analytical skills. You will be working in a team environment so you will need to be a strong and flexible team player and will demonstrate excellent external and internal customer focus throughout.
