ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTOur client an Educational Institution is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant on a full time temporary contract till the end of October . Skills Required:·Minimum Level 5 Qualification on the National Qualifications Framework or proven record of administrative and organisations skills with at least two years relevant experience. Ideally prior experience of working in University of Galway and experience of working with Quercus, Discoverer and Sharepoint. A person with a high level of ability to deal with confidential matters. ·Excellent IT skills with a strong proficiency in excel, word processing and data base maintenance·Clear communication skills both verbal and written·Ability to apply a high level of attention to detail and accuracy·Ability to work on own ability and also as part of a team·Advanced Excel, Advanced Word, Advanced Database maintenance, Web editing, SharepointResponsibilities:1.Be engaged in and take responsibility for the assessment and processing of undergraduate applications through various intake routes2.Provide a clear and friendly service to applicants and academic and administrative staff of the university via telephone and email3.Work in a team -spirited way with others to achieve our goals in a high pressure environmentFor more information, please email
