Your roleWhat you'll be doingLead the Roomex RFP process and reporting – participating in client calls and hotel side calls to procure a programme that best meets the needs of clients.Lead the Roomex savings analysis – coordinating the team running the data and building the decks to present to clientsEnsure Forward Price Reports are issued quarterlyHave a full sense of ownership and be proactive at finding solutions to issues being raised from internal and external stakeholdersDevelop fully collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders especially in the Account Management and Priority Support teamsTriage issues with the platform (bookings errors, availability issues), resolve if possible or pass to engineering team to resolve.Be knowledgeable in Roomex services and the market dynamicsMonitor internal reporting relating to the partner – Production, margin, stability, portfolio etcDevelop new reporting, using PowerBI to highlight areas for growth of high margin business with partnersProduce portfolio analysis and chain reporting to fully support the Hotel Sales functionRealise growth and margin goals and other specific project goalsAny other duties as part of this role.
