Maintaining accurate records of all medications and intravenous fluids is essential. Administration of medications and ensuring the safe, appropriate, and cost-effective use of medicines. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide and promote high-quality, cost-effective, patient-focused pharmaceutical care that prioritizes safety. Promotion of safe drug usage Responding to medication-related queries Liaise with another fellow healthcare professional to ensure the delivery of safe Requirements Registered Pharmacist with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI) or eligible for registration Hospital experience is essential Must have the necessary knowledge and skills to fulfill the responsibilities of a Pharmacist effectively.
