Services Co-Ordinator & Scheduler Office Based, Companny HQ - Ballysimon Road Limerick City Role Summary We are looking for an experienced Services Co-Ordinator & Scheduler to support and schedule customer visits for a team of field based service engineers. You will work closely with the field engineering team on a day-to-day basis and with the manufacuturing customers, they call to service. Organising the engineers schedule daily, whilst ensuring customers call out needs are met. Salary is open - our recommendation would be €37k - €41K (approx.) Bonus & Pension Life Assurance & Income Protection Straight Days Monday to Friday (8am to 5pm Monday to Thursday, 8 4pm Fridays) Career Progression Duties to include: Working in the service department and support the companies commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to their large manufacturing client base in Munster. The Services Co-Ordinator & Scheduler will be based in the Limerick office and from there be responsible for coordinating the Service Team for scheduled maintenance tasks on customer sites, including emergency callouts. Organising work loads for field service engineers in a fast paced environment, requiring a combination of some daily phone calls with customers and calls withyour engineering team (building relationships with both customer and your team is essential) to ensure all customer requirements are met. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with customers to schedule planned maintenance ensuring prompt and efficient service. Provide first-level customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating more complex matters to the service manager or engineering team as necessary. Use the CRM system to assign tasks, manage inventory, and update customer records. Coordinate with engineers and technicians to ensure that service resources and equipment are available, prepared, and in compliance with requirements. Review, maintain, and manage customer service reports and documentation. Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback. Conduct quality control checks on customer-facing reports and documentation. Skills and Qualifications: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to evolving customer needs and service requirements. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively with customers, engineers, and stakeholders. Proficient in IT, with experience using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and other relevant software. Experience in working with engineers and scheduling site work would be ideal Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Customer-focused with a professional and courteous approach to handling complaints and managing expectations.
