Job DescriptionSite Manager (Fit-out) | Kildare | €65-€75k ++Ref No: MW.0072.SM.FLCounty Kildare, Republic of Ireland€65,000 - €75,000 per annumSite Manager (Fit-out) | Kildare €65-€75k ++Site Manager for school fit-out project in Kildare. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring the work is done safely, on time, and to the highest quality. The role would suit someone with a strong fit-out background. Key Responsibilities:Ensure the client’s expectations are met by delivering a quality product to the end user while fostering professional and amicable relations with design teams and client representativesMaintain the highest standards in health & safety, quality and client service / ensuring that contracts are completed safely, per program, on budget and snag freeManage and coordinate subcontractors ensuring their work is completed to the required standard with little or no reworkPlan, co-ordinate, execute the works and deliver the project as per contract documentsResource and schedule work in line with the project construction programWork closely with the project QS advising on any upcoming issuesKey Requirements:Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of the construction industry and project executionComputer literate and familiar with MS office, project, (or similar scheduling package)Experience working with Common Data Environment (CDE) such as Procore is desirableAbility to develop and maintain client relationshipsKeen eye for finishes and a proven track record of delivering projects on timeGood manager with the ability to motivate and drive the workforceCommercially conscious individual who demonstrates market and competitor awarenessTo apply, reach out to Matthew at matthew.walsh@icds.ie, or on LinkedIn at https://www.linkedin.com/in/matthew-walsh-6b0823182/
